Your teams spend too much time on repetitive tasks.
They re-enter information, consolidate files or repeatedly follow up with others just to keep work moving.
AI & Automation Diagnostic — Tunisia
For industrial and service SMEs with 30 to 200 employees
Re-entering data between software tools, manual follow-ups and Excel-based reporting: your teams spend time on tasks that could be simplified.
IBSC analyses your processes, data and tools to identify relevant improvements and help you decide where to invest first.
Answer a few questions about your company, tools and needs to check whether the IBSC diagnostic fits your situation.
Up to 6 processes analyzed
to understand what is slowing down your operations.
Up to 3 priority use cases
assessed according to their potential benefits, feasibility and risks.
A 12-month roadmap
with estimated benefits and costs to support your decisions.
Indicative delivery time: 10 business days after the start has been validated and the required information has been provided.
Your challenges
They re-enter information, consolidate files or repeatedly follow up with others just to keep work moving.
Approvals pile up, lead times increase and errors create additional work.
You need to determine which ones are useful, feasible and worth prioritizing before committing budget.
The diagnostic helps you compare the options based on your actual operations and constraints.
Diagnostic outcomes
An analysis of the selected processes, their stakeholders, the tools used and the available data, complemented by an assessment of your AI and automation maturity.
A prioritization matrix and up to 3 priority use-case sheets covering the problem to solve, potential lever, expected benefits, effort, risks and prerequisites. Benefit and cost estimates are presented as ranges together with their assumptions and confidence levels.
An executive summary, a 12-month roadmap and a management presentation. Recommendations specify which initiatives to launch, prepare, investigate further, postpone or set aside, together with the appropriate next steps.
The recommendations belong to you. You remain free to implement them with your own teams, IBSC or the partner of your choice.
IBSC approach
Simplifying a process, automating a task, improving integration between your systems or using AI: we compare the available options according to their usefulness and the conditions required for success.
When the expected benefits, available data or feasibility do not justify an investment, the recommendation says so.
Eligibility
The offer is designed for industrial and service SMEs in Tunisia with 30 to 200 employees that want to identify or prioritise AI and automation opportunities.
A usable digital foundation
ERP, CRM, business software or structured Excel/CSV data. An ERP is not mandatory.
An involved decision-maker
A manager or executive able to support the initiative and make decisions about the next steps.
A business need worth examining
Manual work, delays, errors, difficulty absorbing growth or several potential projects that need to be compared.
A willingness to start with a diagnostic
Before committing to the implementation of solutions.
The test examines your situation based on the information you provide.
It summarises the potential issues identified from your answers and helps prepare your discussion with IBSC.
Together with Mohamed IBN EL AZZOUZI, you confirm your needs, eligibility conditions and the appropriate package before placing any order.
If your company is not yet eligible, you receive an educational guide to help prepare your AI and automation initiative.
The test and mini-report provide an initial qualification only. In-depth analysis and recommendations are delivered as part of the paid diagnostic.
Plans & pricing
The three plans provide different levels of analysis. The eligibility test and validation interview help confirm the most appropriate plan before any order is placed.
For framing an initial business need and obtaining a first level of analysis before going further.
For analysing your main processes, comparing opportunities and building a decision roadmap.
For extending the Performance Diagnostic with a collaborative validation and alignment workshop.
Add only the complementary services that are relevant to your organisation, decision process and technical context.
A 2-hour workshop with IT or the CIO team to explore architecture, systems, data, integrations, security and operational constraints in greater depth. Deliverable: technical summary and additional risk assessment.
An additional 1-hour session to present the diagnostic findings to an extended executive committee, investment committee, managers or business leaders.
A deeper technical framing of one priority use case covering objectives, scope, stakeholders, data, systems, interfaces, constraints, risks, acceptance criteria and, where relevant, a conceptual architecture.
A 3-hour workshop per business domain to train your teams in the IBSC process mapping method while documenting a real process. Deliverables include the method, template, completed example and documented process.
You do not need to choose your plan or options before taking the eligibility test. The validation interview helps confirm the scope, plan and optional services best suited to your situation.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the main questions about eligibility, preparation, delivery and the outcomes of the IBSC AI & Automation Diagnostic.
No. Its purpose is to check whether the offer fits your company. If you are eligible, the mini-report summarizes the potential issues identified from your answers. Detailed process analysis, economic estimates and recommendations are part of the paid diagnostic.
Yes. You can start from repetitive tasks, delays or errors that you want to reduce. You need a business need worth examining, a usable digital foundation and an involved decision-maker; an already defined AI project is not required.
Structured and usable Excel or CSV data can provide a suitable basis for analysis. Not having an ERP does not exclude you. The availability and quality of the required information are checked before the diagnostic starts.
This situation is reviewed during qualification. The Premium plan can help formalise a critical process. Information about the other selected processes must still be sufficiently complete to allow meaningful analysis.
After the order, you appoint a business contact and complete the preparation kit covering the selected processes, tools used, documents and available data. Targeted discussions are then used to clarify or validate the information.
No direct access to your systems is required as part of the core offer. The analysis is based on the exports, documents and information required for the engagement.
The delivery period begins after payment has been validated, a business contact has been appointed and the preparation kit and required information have been approved. The order date alone does not trigger the start of the analysis.
Benefits are presented as ranges together with their assumptions and confidence levels. Actual results depend in particular on the solution implemented, the available data and adoption by your teams.
No. You remain free to continue with your own teams, IBSC or another partner. Implementation, pilots and development are separate services from the diagnostic.
Identify the processes to improve, compare the available options and prepare the next steps with a clear view of potential benefits, effort and risks.
